故事發生在宋朝末年，王員外富麗堂皇的府上正在進行壹場荒淫無度的宴會，宴會的主角是壹位名叫朱爾旦（林偉健 飾）的男子，王員外派出了自己性感美艷的小老婆如意（鐘甄 飾）對朱爾旦百般挑逗。朱爾旦雖然極力抗拒卻還是欲罷不能，又因為自身的缺陷而遭到了躲在暗處的王員外的無情嘲笑。不僅如此，王員外還讓朱爾旦前往山神廟，將廟內的神像偷來，向來懦弱膽小的朱爾旦只能應允。
在運送神像的過程中，朱爾旦壹不小心跌碎了神像手中的生死簿，引得附在神像上的神靈陸判（徐錦江 飾）現身，陸判不僅修復了朱爾旦生理上的缺陷，還答應幫助他向壹直壓迫他的王員外復仇。
